3. Payment & Fees

3.1. Fee information for all services and programs is published by Soothing Savannah and may be updated from time to time.

3.2. Payment must be made in line with the stated payment terms. Non-payment may lead to cancellation of your booking.

3.3. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy applicable to each specific service and may include administrative deductions.

4. Attendance, Cancellation, Engagement, & Behaviour

4.1. Clients and practitioners are expected to attend all scheduled appointments on time. Late attendance may reduce service time or result in forfeiture.

4.2. Individuals must conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and non-disruptive manner. Any behaviour deemed unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate may result in removal from the premises or termination of participation.

4.3. All cancellations must be notified 48 hours prior to booking, after this you will incur the full charge which is payable at the time of cancellation.

5. Service, Treatment, & Program Requirements

5.1. All participants must provide truthful, relevant, and up-to-date information, including any necessary medical or personal details, to ensure safe and appropriate service delivery.

5.2. You are required to follow all instructions, guidance, aftercare requirements, safety procedures expectations as provided by Soothing Savannah.

6. Code of Conduct

Soothing Savannah is committed to maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, practitioners, and visitors. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate refusal or termination of service.

7. Use of Facilities, Equipment, & Resources

All facilities, equipment, and resources provided by Soothing Savannah must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in charges or further action.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Soothing Savannah may collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. All information is handled securely and used only for legitimate business and legal purposes.

9. Termination, Refusal of Service, & Withdrawal

Soothing Savannah reserves the right to withdraw access, refuse service, or terminate participation if these Terms and Conditions are breached, or if behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
